Privacy Policy
Effective June 16, 2026. This page explains how Proximity handles information for the public landing site and early product access.
The English version controls until these localized legal pages complete legal review.
What Proximity is
Proximity is an early product surface for modeling professional work through orchestration, operating context, review cadence, and spend visibility.
Information you provide
If you contact us or request access, we may collect your name, email address, organisation, role, and any message you choose to send. We use that information to respond, manage access, and improve product planning.
Practice context
A Proximity setup may involve work records, goals, routines, operating context, and spend data that you explicitly make available. That data is used to configure and operate the practice model.
Providers and tools
When Proximity connects to external tools or providers, the data sent to those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Product analytics
The landing site may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand page visits and access interest. Analytics are not used to inspect private practice data.
Retention and deletion
Access requests and support messages are kept only as long as needed for product operations, legal obligations, and abuse prevention. You can ask us to delete or update contact information by emailing support.
