Effective June 16, 2026. These terms describe the baseline conditions for using the Proximity landing site and early product access.

Early access
Proximity is currently presented as an early product surface. Features, commercial terms, availability, provider integrations, and deployment details may change as the platform develops.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the practice context, records, systems, tools, and financial data you make available during setup or use.
System output
Generated summaries, plans, operating views, spend signals, and suggested actions can be incomplete or incorrect. Review outputs before relying on them in professional work.
Third-party services
Proximity may interoperate with model providers, product apps, finance systems, document systems, and other tools. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, policies, quotas, and billing arrangements.
Acceptable use
Do not use Proximity to compromise systems, bypass access controls, exfiltrate data, violate licenses, or perform work that you are not authorized to perform.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Proximity develops. Continued use of the site or product after an update means you accept the revised terms.
